Privacy information.

Contact and booking previews

The session inquiry form emails your selected service, add-ons and contact details to our team. It does not create reservations or process payments. A short submission cooldown is recorded to limit repeated requests; form contents are not stored by the website. The separate contact form prepares a draft in your email application.

Email inquiries

If you choose to send an email, your email provider handles the message and bat ‘n’ ball receives the information you include. Do not include payment card details or other sensitive information in an inquiry.

Website files

This build loads its fonts, images, and animation files locally. It does not include analytics, advertising trackers, user accounts, or payment integrations. Hosting services may maintain normal access logs once the website is published.

Before online services launch

A complete business privacy policy, including details for future bookings, accounts, and payments, is awaiting confirmation.
